DESCRIPTION
A Federal Aviation Administration Part 141 Program
The flight instructor instrument certificate permits the holder to instruct advanced students. This qualification significantly broadens the professional qualification and opens more employment opportunities. This rating is necessary in order to teach other pilots who are preparing for an instrument rating or airline transport certificate. And is an important step to Airline Transport Certification. This program is based on the minimum time requirements on Federal Regulations. Time and hours over and above these minimums will be charged at school published rates.
