| DIPLOMA PROGRAMS
AVIATION DEGREES
Two year associate aviation science degrees and four year bachelor degrees are awarded by Utah Valley State College, and Everglades College, in conjunction with Pelican Airways flight and ground training programs.
With the advent of these programs, students are able to pursue college degrees while simultaneously receiving flight and ground instruction at Pelican Flight Training Center..
Collegiate financial aid and student loans are available to fund these programs, for those who qualify.
College academic studies are conducted via the internet, with web site distance learning programs, with degree credits earned for all flight and ground training carried out at Pelican Airways.
The following degree programs are available:
Two Year Degrees:
Associate Degree in Science
Associate Degree in Applied Science
These degrees qualify you to become a certified flight instructor or a pilot for a commuter airline.
Four Year Bachelor Degree:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation
This degree will qualify you to become a certified flight instructor, corporate or airline pilot.

professional pilot diploma PROGRAM "A" (AIRPLANE)
A Federal Aviation Administration Part 141 Program
The Professional Pilot Diploma Program “A” will allow the student to qualify as an Instrument Rated Commercial Pilot with Certified Flight Instructor and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument qualifications. This allows graduates to accumulate industry experience as flight instructors in order to achieve the minimums hours required to complete Airline Transport Pilot Certification. This program is a total instructional grouping of programs for students with no flight experience. If the student already holds a private pilot certificate or has other flight experience, appropriate credit may be awarded which will serve to reduce required hours and costs. This program is based on the minimum time requirements of Federal Regulations. Time and hours over and above these minimums will be charged at school published rates.

Eighteen years of age

On successful completion of this program the student will be awarded a program diploma.
