The private pilot certificate permits the holder to act as pilot in command of a helicopter while carrying non revenue passengers. This program is for those who have not yet decided if flying for a career is their desire. Students, who, after completing this program, decide to pursue flying as a career, may enroll in the advance Pilot Diploma Program or Professional Pilot Diploma Program and have credit for the Private Pilot Certification Program.
